Your place on this session can be secured by emailing proof of a donation to Save the Children or the DEC made in the week commencing 17th October 2022 to takahashiprints@gmail.com Following on from 'Watercolour Sunflowers for Ukraine', which raised over £2000 for the British Red Cross Appeal, this 2 hour paint-along session aims to raise much needed funds for the Save The Children Yemen Crisis Appeal. Conducted over Zoom, you will be able to join the class from the comfort of your own home and learn some techniques on how to capture in watercolour the dynamic shapes found within the Coffee Arabica flower. The session will be suitable for all levels of experience, including absolute beginners, and all ages. All you will need is: Access to Zoom / an internet connection Watercolour Paper A basic set of Watercolours A round brush (ideally, but could also be flat or filbert) - several more brushes optional Water in a jar a pencil (HB or H) Kitchen roll You will be encouraged to share your Coffee Arabica flower masterpieces after the class on social media, using the hashtag #zoomcoffeeflowersforyemen The Sunflowers painted at our last paint-along session can be viewed here: https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/zoomsunflowerukraine/ £18 from each booking will go to the Save the Children Yemen Crisis Appeal.
